Geothermal Energy Will Bring Electricity In Cameroon?

February 16th, 2010 - By admin

Sure, all the excitement is in the Pacific Rim nations but there are people in Cameroon who could also benefit from electricity for their quality of life. The oil creates too much conflict with neighboring Nigeria, but Cameroon could add geothermal to their energy portfolio – will Chevron, or some Chinese company make this happen?

Electricity, Heating, Cooling A Storage Container House?

December 26th, 2009 - By admin

I found a lot of information on these storage container houses. My father used to be a truck driver and was in the military when they used these as shelters and medical assistant buildings. He was not surprised that they were turning these containers into houses! But I just want to use these to build the exterior of a home since it is very strong and stronger than a regular home.
QUESTION: If I were to build a house using these containers can I still use central heat and air…real electric. Not solar, geothermal, etc. I CAN NOT find anything with regular electric lol, its all solar and eco friendly. I would not mind going eco friendly but to start off I have to have the cheap stuff to be move in ready. I have a feeling I’m paying for all this myself, cash, no loan nada. So please any advice and information is appreciated! Thanks!
